If you have made a purchase then an email was sent to you with a download link. If you have not received the email - please check your spam folder. If you still have not found it, please send us a note to elfyourself@oddcast.com and specify the email address you provided when making your purchase.
Your internet connection may have failed. Please verify you have internet access and then try clicking again on the download link we provided to you.Another possibility is that the season is over and the content has been cleared. When you purchase – we ask that the video you purchase be downloaded within 30 days. That’s because about 30 days into the new year we clear all content from the previous season as we start preparing for the new one (yes, we start in February!)
You may not have allowed the application access to your Facebook/Instagram photos. To verify, locate ElfYourself in the Facebook “Apps and Websites” settings in your Facebook account. Once located, click “View and edit” and confirm that photos are being shared with the ElfYourself app. If not, delete the app from your Facebook settings and try again to access your Facebook photos in ElfYourself. Approve access to your photos when asked.
Your internet connection may have failed when posting. Verify you have internet access and then try again.
If you shared your ElfYourself dance via email, then an email was sent on your behalf. We guarantee it. If your email was not received, then there are two possibilities: 1. You may have made a mistake in typing or copying your friend's email. 2. The email was classified as spam by your friend's spam filter. Unfortunately this happens too often. As a workaround, we suggest to get the direct link to your dance (select the 'Get Link' share option), copy the link into your own email, and send the note yourself.
Yes! ElfYourself video playback works on all modern browsers and platforms, including mobile phones & mobile tablets.
Once the holiday season is over, about 30 days into the new year we clear all content from the previous season as we start preparing for the new one (yes, we start in February!). We’re so sorry but we are simply unable to store hundreds of millions of ElfYourself videos from over the years. Thanks for understanding.
We provide an app for mobile devices, which we’ve optimized for best performance and user experience. So when you want to use ElfYourself on mobile, we redirect you to download the app. We heartily recommend it!
From year to year, we make changes to the dance lineup to keep things fresh. If you don't see a dance you have come to love from a prior season, we understand - because we love all ElfYourself dances!
